Callback
Resume & LinkedIn grader

Make a recruiter call you back.

Paste or upload your resume and get a transparent, rule-based read on whether it earns a callback — action verbs, quantified impact, length, and how well it matches a job description. Every score is a stated heuristic, not a real ATS, and it all runs in your browser. Optional AI rewrites use only your own words.

Runs entirely in your browser — your resume is never uploaded for the score. Only the bullets you choose to “Sharpen with AI” are sent to the AI service. Opened from FACE Prep Campus? You can optionally send just your score back to your placement card — never the resume itself.

How to read thisThis grows from your own text, live, using the same in-browser checks as the grade. Each leaf is one bullet in order from the bottom; leaf length is its word count, and a leaf over 32 words droops. A filled leaf carries a number; the dot where it meets the stem marks a strong action verb or a weak opener like “responsible for” (see the key). Left/right alternation and the sway are layout. Nothing leaves your browser. Select a leaf to jump to that bullet.

Weak opener (“Responsible for…”) swapped for an action verb — no facts changed, nothing invented. Your real report shows fixes like this pulled from your own bullets.
